How our appointment reminders work, and how to stop them.

Appointment confirmations and reminders only — a message confirming your booking when you make it, one the day before your appointment, and another about an hour before, each with a link to view or cancel your booking. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Reminders are never sent between 9pm and 8am Pacific time. A booking confirmation is the one exception: it is sent straight away, whenever you book, because it is the answer to something you just did.

We do not charge for reminders. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan — check with your carrier if you are unsure.
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. You can also use the link in any reminder, which takes effect the moment you use it, or simply ask us next time you are in. Reply START to turn reminders back on, or HELP for help.
Opting out of texts does not affect your appointment. We will still email you, and you can always reach us by phone.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and we do not receive confirmation that a message arrived, so please do not rely on a reminder alone to remember your appointment.
Your mobile number is used to send you appointment reminders and to contact you about your bookings. We do not sell or share it, and we do not share text-message consent or phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing. Your number is passed to our messaging provider only for the purpose of delivering these messages to you.
Agreeing to text reminders is never a condition of booking with us or of buying anything.
